1. 개요

메르세데스-AMG F1 W15 E 퍼포먼스는 메르세데스-AMG 페트로나스 F1 팀이 2024 시즌에 사용하는 차량이다.
실패를 인정한 제로팟에서 완전히 벗어나 주류인 다운워시 컨셉을 기초로 했으며, 특이한 사이드포드 인렛과 프론트 윙 형상으로 많은 기대를 모았으나, 실상은 W13과 W14를 명차로 보이게 하는 수준의 처참한 성적을 보여주고 있으며 절망적인 고속 코너링과 불안정한 리어, 도저히 잡힐 기미를 보이지 않는 셋업 등 이슈가 산재해 있다. 거의 강제로 드라이버 능력만으로 포인트를 벌고 있다는 느낌이 강하다. 지난 시즌 W14가 보여준 초반까지의 불안한 셋업문제가 다시 돌아오거나 그 이상처럼 보일 정도.

2. 기타

차의 상부에는 은색을, 측면에는 검은색을 칠하고 그 사이에 페트로나스 비취색을 칠해, 앞에서 보면 전통의 실버리버리를, 옆에서보면 최근의 블랙리버리를 채용한것처럼 보이는 디자인을 가지고있다. 하지만 성적은 전통도 근래도 아니다
