1. 개요
링고 스타의 두 번째 솔로 컴필레이션 앨범. 1989년 발매.링고 스타의 1980년대는 침체기라는 말로도 부족한, 그야말로 암울한 시기였다. 링고의 음악활동은 이미 바닥을 치고 있었고, 영화 경력은 오래전에 그만둔 상태였다. 슬럼프의 장기지속은 그를 알콜과 약물의 세계로 빠뜨리기까지 했다.
1981년 Stop and Smell the Roses에 이어 제작한 후속 앨범은 배급사를 찾지 못해 아예 발매조차 하지 못했고 1983년에 발표한 Old Wave는 영국과 미국에서는 발매를 거절당해 독일과 캐나다에서만 발매될 정도였다. 비틀즈의 전 멤버로서는 매우 치욕스런 경험이었다

그런 와중에 1989년 재발매 전문 레이블인 라이노에서 소리 소문 없이 그의 두 번째 베스트 앨범을 발매했다. LP는 12곡, CD는 16곡을 담고 있는 이 앨범은 미국에서만 발표됐다.
수록곡 구성을 살펴보면 CD 버전은 미국에서는 아예 발매되지 않았던 앨범 Old Wave에서 5곡이 실렸다. 따라서 미국 팬들에게는 처음으로 선보이는 셈이었다. 링고의 상업적 암흑기 시절의 곡들을 담았던 탓인지, 차트에는 진입하지 못했다.
