새미 헤이거 재적 시기 최고의 명곡으로 손꼽힌다. VH1가 선정한 최고의 파워 발라드 25선에서 24위에 선정되기도 했다. 상업적 성과만 놓고 봤을때는 Jump 다음 가는 히트곡이다. 빌보드 최대의 레드오션이었던 1988년 발매되어 빌보드 핫 100의 5위에 오르고 메인스트림 차트 1위를 달성할 정도로 크게 성공했다. 발매 시기는 6월이지만 롱런하여 연말 차트에서도 80위권에 든, 밴 헤이거 시절 밴 헤일런 최대의 히트작.[1]미국에서도 인기가 높은 곡이지만 한국에서 특히 인기가 높은 곡이다. 특유의 발라드풍 멜로디 때문에 밴 헤일런하면 Jump 다음으로 인기있는 곡이 되었다. Jump가 댄스 음악의 풍을 띈 일렉트로닉 록 넘버라면 이 곡은 반대로 서정적이고 발라드와 같은 분위기의 멜로딕한 곡조가 특징이다.
곡 중간에 나오는 기타 솔로는 에디 밴 헤일런이 에릭 클랩튼에게 바치는 헌정 솔로라고 한다. 에디는 "에릭 클랩튼은 기본적으로 나에게 영향을 준 유일한 기타리스트다"라고 한 적이 있다.
