1. 개요

리아나가 발표한 3집 리패키지 앨범인 Good Girl Gone Bad: Reloaded의 세 번째 싱글이다. 제목인 'Disturbia'는 '겉보기엔 평온해 보여도 언제든지 그 평온이 방해받을 수 있는 곳'이란 뜻으로 2007년에 개봉한 샤이아 라보프 주연의 영화 'Disturbia'에서 따왔다. 사실 disturbia란 단어 자체가 이 영화 제목에서 생겨난 신조어로 방해하다는 뜻의 'disturb'에 증상이나 장소를 의미하는 접미사 '-ia'를 붙여서 만든 단어이다.

크리스 브라운이 당시 연인이었던 리아나에게 준 곡이다. 이후의 사건을 생각하면 아이러니한 일.

그래미 시상식 Best Dance Recording 부문 후보에 올랐다.

슈퍼주니어의 Sorry Sorry가 이 곡을 표절했다는 논란이 있었다. 당장 유튜브를 찾아보면 이 두 곡을 매시업한 영상이 상당히 많다. #
