케빈 페더라인과의 결혼을 발표하며 출산을 위해 미디어 활동을 쉬고 있던 중 공개된 싱글로, 유럽에서만 발매되었다. 브리트니는 이 싱글 발매 한 달 뒤 첫째 아이를 출산하게 된다.가사는 브리트니 혼자서 썼는데, 자신의 임신에 대한 생각이 담겨있다. 이 처음 가사를 쓸 당시 브리트니는 자신의 임신 사실을 몰랐던 상태였는데 불연듯 이 가사가 떠올랐다고 한다.
